As a trusted delivery partner, we successfully deliver strategic estates support with proven success across healthcare and social care estates in Sussex, as shown in the attached graphic.

Through our Strategic Partnering Agreement, we enable the planning, delivery, and management of estates that strengthen local services, improve patient and community outcomes and create sustainable spaces for the future. 

West Sussex Estates Partnership Limited (WSEP) is a partnership created by the NHS Local Improvement Finance Trust (LIFT). gbpartnerships is the management services provider to WSEP, providing numerous services including project management.
