ADEPT Track 2 - Clinical project- case study

The Community Health Partnerships (CHP) Activity Driven Estates Planning Tool (ADEPT) is a strategic modelling resource developed by CHP to support evidence-based planning of healthcare estates.

The project was delivered by gbp Consult and partners Attain. With the Northamptonshire project commissioned through West Sussex Estates Partnership (WSEP).

ADEPT is designed to help commissioners, estates leads, and system planners translate service activity into spatial requirements. It uses clinical activity data to model how much estate is needed to deliver services safely, efficiently, and in line with national guidance.
