Julian joined Equitix in May 2019 and he holds responsibility for a number of projects  predominantly within Fund V across various sectors including, healthcare, rail and social housing.

 

Julian has over 20 years of experience both in bidding and operating within the PFI/Infrastructure market specialising in lifecycle, construction management and healthcare projects.

 

His most recent role prior to joining Equitix was as Lifecycle and Asset Director for the John Laing Infrastructure Fund.

 

Julian has a Degree in Building and is a fully Trained Radiation Protection Supervisor.
